2004 Silverado 1500 crew cab ultimate GFX edition. I bought this truck a week ago and do not know any history on it. Has after market radio but other than that all original from what I can tell.

My Problem:
I turn my key to the ON position, My power windows, heater controls, and cluster do not work/Power up. All the lights will come on and the radio does work. I start the truck and everything works as it should, I have checked all fuses under hood and in the drivers door and replaced the ACC relay under the hood. With the Key in the ON position I have battery voltage at all of the wires except yellow coming out of the ignition switch harness (yellow is crank wire). At a loss here seems like its going to be something rather stupid.

 

I have also had the truck running with everything working and pulled the fuel injection fuses to stall the motor and everything shuts off with the engine.
