Parking brake stuck. Please Help

Hello,

My parking brake is stuck in my 1999 Silverado. Can anybody help me get it unstuck?

Spray the entire cable with WD or better yet, Blaster PB. Let it set a while the move/work the cable by hand from under the truck. You can even tap the cable lightly with a hammer too.
