Recently took my car in because my fuel pump stopped working. After 4 hours of looking they had seen one wire was cut off and crimped it back together. That seemed to solve the power problem but now the truck starts but after driving for a few minutes it shuts off. I took off the electric tape where it had been placed and seen a few wires just cut and being unused not sure where they go.
The truck was running previously with those wires cut, so that probably is not the problem. I would first check the fuel pressure after it stops running.
