Have you tried to shift it in and out of 4 wheel drive if it is bad it might make some noise when you do this or it might not shift into 4 wheel drive at all

When's the last time you did Fluid changes on your Differentials and Transfer Case ?
Are you just putting it in 4WD, or actually shifting into Lo Range ?

Ok, it could be just starting to go bad or it could be that were the shaft goes into the transfer case it is getting wore just enough so that at slower speeds it wobbles but when at higher speeds its just fast enough to hold the shaft in one place, Other than taking it apart I don't think I no another way to check it

If it is not the transfer case you might want to check the oil in your transmission
