I just changed the rear brakes on my Burb. I did not know the brake pad bracket just slides off the pins. I first tried to remove the pins and after awhile realized nothing was happening the were just spinning. I tried to tighten the pins up but they just keep turning and do not get tight. Is this normal or did I screw something up?
