Default 2003 Suburban rearview mirror compass and temp not working/showing up?

Can anyone help with this? My suburban didn't come with an owners manual so I can't even look to troubleshoot. Any suggestions would be great. I am trying to sell this and need to have it fixed. Thank you for any help!

Yes, I got a users manual from a friend and checked the fuse that had to do with the rearview mirror. It was fine. The green ON light for the mirror goes off and on when the button is pushed. The Passenger Side airbag light works which is on the bottom of the mirror. It is just the compass and temp that doesn't work. I was going to order a new mirror, but don't know if that is the problem.

The onstar stuff shares power and ground with the temp\compass, So if that stuff is working then I would say its a safe bet that the mirror is bad

Well, that is what I am hoping. I ordered a mirror off ebay, so I'll find out as long as the mirror is in 'working' condition. Otherwise, a new one is $350.....

What is the process to remove the mirror, and is there a schematic available somewhere to work on it. I am a second owner, and it quit 3 months after I bought the car. Needless to say, 90 days is not really 90 days when its intermittent
