Damn that sucks. You did a good job at repairing it. Rust sucks.

I'm so glad my 2004 has no rust or corrosion. I just did my shocks and axle and didnt even need PB blaster on the bolts. Came off easy.

Default Complaints?

I'm having the same issue with mine. A good site that was providing information on how to repair these issues just got a cease and desist letter from GM. They are well aware of this issue and even have parts to replace the mounts. I say start filling complaints with the NTHS. This absurd.

my sub went bad on the passenger side only. I noticed a lot of water / condensation pouring down directly on that bracket thereby rotting it out.
im making a mount and welding the original clamp and rubber back into the truck.

Default Same issue on my 2011 Yukon Denali

There is a service bulletin (15-NA-082) that I attached, as some of the links that others provided no longer work. It lists the part numbers.
I just ordered the right bracket. My local GMC dealer clearly did not want to deal with this and the service advisor made up a story about having the replace the frame, parts not available, and that I should go somewhere else and have it welded. Sad.
The problem is clearly caused by the A/C condensate drain being right in front of the mount, with water dripping on it all the time.
