2008 Suburban 1500 sway bar mount tore out of the frame
Just get the ones that are actually made by GM for like $16 ea.

I'm having the same issue with mine. A good site that was providing information on how to repair these issues just got a cease and desist letter from GM. They are well aware of this issue and even have parts to replace the mounts. I say start filling complaints with the NTHS. This absurd.

That site just got shut down unfortunately.
The sway bar is bolted to a piece that stick out from the frame thats welded on. I am not sure why this has happened. The drivers side of my car is fine and the passanger side is destroyed. I am wondering how the rust happened. Maybe it has to do with the type of metal uses for the bolt that holds it in place?
im making a mount and welding the original clamp and rubber back into the truck.
There is a service bulletin (15-NA-082) that I attached, as some of the links that others provided no longer work. It lists the part numbers.
I just ordered the right bracket. My local GMC dealer clearly did not want to deal with this and the service advisor made up a story about having the replace the frame, parts not available, and that I should go somewhere else and have it welded. Sad.
The problem is clearly caused by the A/C condensate drain being right in front of the mount, with water dripping on it all the time.
