Default 2011 suburban starting issues

I have a 2011 Chevy suburban LTZ and I am having electrical issues. I have replaced the battery and I have installed a new alternator. The issue I am having is the suburban struggles to start after you turn it off.It acts as if the battery does not have a strong charge. Every time I start it all options on the dash have reset to a factory default. Any ideas on what else I could check would be a great help.

probably a bad connection somewhere. Make sure they are tight :
- battery ground
- engine ground strap
- starter terminal

For a while, I had a bad terminal connection on the battery in which when trying to start the vehicle on occasions, would cause it to lose good connection to the battery. This would result in losing battery power altogether to the vehicle. I would have to go and jiggle the connection to get power again.
