Default 95 tahoe help please no where else to turn

First off good afternoon eveni g to you fine enthusiasts i apoligize for being a needy ***** but i have come in to a issue that i have run out of options for help, ive heard great things about your forum from a few friends .

I have a 95 chev tahoe w 383 stroker

Its been parked for a few years it starts up idles but when i try to move it it will stall out. Also if get it moving and i am on the road and go to accelerate it will bogg out almost as if its stalling at about 60 kmh or so

Ive read anything from vacuum lines to plugged exaust injector issues throttle body pretty much nothing that narrows it down

All new plugs plug wires distributer fresh gas inline fuel filter changed

Again i apoligize for doing this on my first post. But ive tried mechanc shops. Im in a small area so im limited to fountain tire or local shops that charge a ridiculous rate

Thanks

Could the cold air intake be giving me grief?

The beast im trying to sell

If this is a carbureted model, check and make sure choke is working properly and there is no restriction to fuel flow.Cheers.Wavelength.

3 yr old gas causes all kinds of problems.
Is that fuel injected or a carburetor ? If injected I don't see a MAF in the intake pipe and that will be a problem.

Welcome to the forum. I would check the fuel pressure while you're troubleshooting.

Exhaust restriction? Possibly clogged catalytic convertor?

I have seen a coolant temp sensor and an O2 sensor do the same things, I have a 96 and a 2001 right now, i have had the TBI models to, converters being plugged, dont think it has a MAF but they get crap on them and make it run like crap, sounds like once you get past the vacuum lines and stuff you may resolve it though,
