Still no cooling effect. Mine cools good at 4 clicks from the bottom. On an automatic climate control unit.

Starting to think this COULD be an ECM issue. You'd think the fan blower wouldn't affect the A/C system, but most likely it does nowadays. Seems like the ECM is tied into everything. I'll still search for an answer, as I am adept at A./C systems and need to know everything about them.

Edit: it may be a relay issue. Also, do your engine cooling fans work when this occurs?

From the gauge readings you submitted, I also question the amount of refrigerant you added.
To me ,and I could be wrong, I think you may have either an overcharge of refrigerant or the compressor may be getting tired.

I think it's an ECM, a bad sensor, or a resistor issue, but I could easily be mistaken. OP said he put in a new compressor, accumulator and orifice tube, so unless one of those was manufactured incorrectly I think this is an electrical issue of some kind.
