2004 Chevy Tahoe



So where do I start? I have had issues with the instrument cluster for a couple years. None of the gauges have been working. I have bought the kit to replace the gauge motors just need to find a place to fix it. Also my odometer/message center has not been working until last night where it switched on. So it seems when it is out it is not clocking my mileage. Not only that but my temp gauge started working. So I'm presuming since it came back on there is a short in that area. Any suggestions?

 

I have just bought a 03 silverado and have same problem Seen some videos saying about replacing stepper motors. But it just Seems weird thst Every Gauge is faulty and also Information bar has temporary fault.
