You can either buy a fuel pressure test gauge or get someone to check it for you. That will tell you if the fuel pump is OK.

The Fuel Pressure is ok! the fuel pump seems good, the Truck Drives and runs it just wont get past 30mph without stuttering and It just wont get the power. It's as like the truck has bad plugs but the plugs are brand new! Im currently changing the fuel Filter.

The codes you previoiusly posted is consistant (also with back pressure in the gas tank) with evap purge valve problem. If those codes are cleared, try leaving the gas cap off for a test run. I'm thinking sticking purge valve evap canister

The Gap is .40 and I used autolite.... just replaced the fuel Filter and still is doing the same thing.. Truck has a very good Idle not rough just when you rev up the engine like i said get up to 3000 rpm it backfires and looses power. I appreciate all the help you guys have been I think just to save time and the guessing game Im going to have to take it in!

Spot on, but ALWAYS check the plug gap pre-gaped or not... the plug could have been dropped at the factory or in the parts store...
