Most major aftermarket suspension like Monroe or Bilstein will offer replacement shocks which should be plug n play and cheaper than OEM.

I don't know why everyone bitches about these things, it's the one thing GM did right w/the vehicle. The only part is they seem to wear out, but this is a 2000... c'mon... that's 12 YEARS of use.

I, LOVE my air ride when towing or just have junk in the trunk.

The only issue I have is it likes to pump up to max at the boat ramp and screw up my launch angle off the trailer, I wish it had an 'off' setting.

Mrs. Cusser has had a 2005 Yukon Denali since 2010, and that automatic rear suspension thing has never worked. She tows horse trailer, and I've never investigated getting that operating.

Of course her TPMS has also never worked. Love the GM electronics !!!

I had the RR shock sensor fail in my '11 at 88k miles. Just did the one shock, AC from Amazon. Had to replace the compressor 2 yrs. ago as salt corroded away it's housing and it cracked open. It now gets a fluid film bath spring and fall.
Otherwise it's working fine leveling my loads, cargo, towing or both.
