Need help Eletrical i think

hello, my dash work halfway now when started, i replaced the battery and alternater, and the problem sill exist. when on airbag light stays on, abs light, and battery light. Windows don't work at all, Tachometer works, Speedometer doesn't work, info center glinching, battery,oil,temp., fuel gauges don't work (all while truck is running), Radio stays on when truck is turned off (key out and door opened).
