2010 burb rear lift gate issue

2010 burb rear lift gate issue
I expérience some issues with the rear lift gate of my suburban.
- no locking, the lift gate opens when the switch is pressed but there is no sound of locking when pressing the Remote key
- rear window not opening (by pressing the brand new switch)
- rear wiper not operating (just once just after the change of motor assembly)
Obviously I've tested all the fuses, all are good.
the main issue is the rear wipe because we have in France a periodic control of the car (every 2 years) and the rear wiper MUST be fully functional to pass the control (french bureaucracy).
Can anyone give me some advice ?
