Cabin air filter
Okay ;
I purchased "Doc's" (brand) # DC3030, original # 91175923 .
They too didn't have the heavy plastic / rubber surround and so took a few moments to figure out how to install .
I used the flat end of the tire iron you see here, I gently slid the 1st. one in then kind of bunted it down and into place .

This is how I made my tank vacuum's too large hose fit :
I grabbed a section of the largest hose I had that fit into the filter aperture, slid one end of it far into the too large hose and VIOLA ! .
I could easily suck anything out .
