Default Rear wiper issue

2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT 4.2

Rear wiper not working but rear defrost is and washer sprayer working like they should.

Replaced motor and now hear a click when I turn on wiper and slight movement at motor. Does not move though. It acts like it is ready to operate and receiving power.
Checked all fuses and relays. All good. Do not have arm on motor cause I want to make sure it works first.
I have 12 volts coming to orange wire but nothing at green and black appears to be ground.
All door locks work properly on hatch.
Have done a jumper at motor and it works from direct 12 volts.
Checked wires in gate and do not see any worn or broken wires.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Try replacing or shorting the circuit breaker in the fuse panel.

The green wire is the speed signal. That's right, GM decided to put a computer in the hatch.
