TRUCK YOU! A 1972 K5 Blazer

Classic Chevrolet trucks are pretty amazing. Not only are they just as strong, reliable, and good looking as any modern day rig, but they also are the ancestors of the models that have come out recently. They are a piece of history, and a very good one at that!

The fact that fewer and fewer of these rides are on the road every year does make us fairly sad, and that’s why we’re always glad when we get to feature one of these antique rigs! It’s important to notice the ones that are left, after all.

Chevrolet Forum member PGG’ is the proud owner of one of these old school beauties, and today we’ll be stepping into his garage and taking a closer look at the ride that lie within!

To be more specific, PGG’ is the proud owner of a 1972 K5 Blazer. The rig is a 4×4 convertible, and it certainly looks clean!

Nearly all of the ride is original as well, which just makes it that much more impressive. We’d definitely love to ride this rig with the top off in the summer! Or, maybe even in the fall and spring. Or in winter. PGG’ does live in Texas, after all!

Sharing space with his forty-four year old Blazer is PGG’s modern day equivalent — his 2016 Suburban LTZ 4×4. Go check out his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a great time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week on TRUCK YOU!
