Default Rough Acceleration

'99 Astro Van
~95K.
New Battery
Rebuilt Trans
New Plugs/Plug Wires
Wonky Gas Gauge
Shot Vacuum Lines

I've got a problem with my Astro Van that I could use some help with. This van idles fine, but from a stop to around 30mph, I get some noticeable acceleration problems. It feels like a miss or sputtering and seemed to be just before hitting 2nd and 3rd. It doesn't do it every time, but it's most of the time. It may do it a little when cruising ( could be my imagination), but is more common when accelerating from a stop.

I'd appreciate any help. This is my work van and I need to keep her on the road.

Thought it was the transmission, so I replaced it. Same problem.

Replaced Distrib. cap Monday and the Astro is running great. Took it out first thing this morning and no problems! May have solved this one (knock on wood).

**update: 7 days and no problems...

I am having the same issues with my 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.3L. Runs smooth at idle, but when go to accelerate while in park It feels like a miss or sputtering. The truck has new fuel filter, dist. cap, wires, plugs, and air filter. I am at a loss.
