Default Strange airbag sensor issue - looking for experience

So I have the common airbag sensor fault, swapped left and right and confirmed bad sensor as the fault followed the sensor. I have the 25896408 sensors. So the strange part is that my sensors do not have the keyed slots on the inside of the sensor like all the ones I see available on the internet, mine have nothing in the female socket. The problem of course is my plugs will not go in to the keyed sensors (I obtained several at the junkyard to try).

My sensors

Two of my junkyard sensors are similar, same pn on the label, but different plug configuration. Unfortunately I do not have a 25896408 with the correct plug configuration and have not seen any online with the correct one. Local Advance was similar to all the ones I see online as well. Anyone else run in to this? Is there a solution other than replacing the plugs?

to me it looks like it matches the part you labeled "my sensors"
so post a picture of the pigtail because your post is very confusing. I don't know what's what.

So I got the recommendation on several forums that the key is removable but could not seem to get the key to remove. I cut one of the junkyard sensors apart and I could see the seam line for the key insert so worked on it some more and I was able to get them to come out, then it plugged in to the truck no problem. So indeed, those keys are removable and likely stuck on my connectors. Now I just need a new sensor.
