2011 Express 1500 can't move shift lever out of park.
This morning I started the van and tried to move the shift lever from park and it wouldn't budge. Pressed down on the brake down harder and still wouldn't move. I kept pressing on the brake pedal and pulling on the lever and I was able to get it drive. I tried it again and same story couldn't get it in drive. I somehow figured out if I pump the brake pedal twice and then hold it down it will move. Anyone ever hear of this?

Not yet, but lately it's been working ok, but I know it won't keep working. I have several friends that work at a chevy dealer and they are going to look at it later this week. I'll post the solution if and when they figure it out.
I had that same problem.. Go under the dash and find the neutral safety switch and check if it's broken. It's a easy fix. It is a gadget that keep you van from shifting out of neutral if you foot isn't on the break.

Good luck. I hope that's it, cheap and easy. But it is hard to get in way up under there.
Mine on my current van is broken but in a way that it not bothering me. It will shift even if my foot isn't on the break and that doesn't bother me.
