Greetings Lucas, welcome to the Forum.

It may not be related to the problem, but...
Are you sure that the Ratio of new Differential, is the same as the original ?

Good...

Your situation is really strange. There's no "mechanical" reason why that shouldn't have worked. The only thing left would be the Wheel Speed Sensors. Did you keep/use the ones on the new differential, or put your original ones on the Axel ?

You might check them...

Lucas,

I'm going to need a little more information...

1) Please give me your VIN Number, and...

In your Glove Box, there should be a Tag/Sticker with several three Letter/Number sets on it. Those are RPO Codes, which reference the original equipment which was installed on your vehicle.

2) Do you see any of those codes, which start with the letter "J" ?
If so, tell me what those codes are.

3) Now, tell me why you had to replace your rear end, and...

4) I want you to check your Motor Mounts, to see if any are broken/loose. (do you know how to do that ?)

I'm not sure since I can't check your VIN or RPO's, but I think it's because you don't have any information from the rear wheel sensors to the computer. You do have ABS, don't you ?
