Default 2014 Impala led fog lights

I own a '14 Impala 2 LT. Love that car.
I also like the led lights on the LTZ models. Will the led lights from an LTZ fit onto my 2lt? What type of light hookups are needed?

They are not fog lights. They are DRL's.

Helms factory service manual will be your best source.

If GM put the same harness on all versions of the Impala, it could have the connectors necessary to hook them up and all you would need to do is buy the lamp assemblies from the dealer and install them. If GM did not use the same harness, it will need some extensive wiring to be able to put them in.

Thanks. I hope that the electrical connectors are there. I love the look of the DRL'S on the LTZ.
I looked for the Helms service manual. $200.00. I need to find another way to find out what type of hookup is involved.
Was hoping that someone on here knew. One way or another.

This is the thread you need to look at. It describes what is needed, how much and what is involved in the upgrade.

Great Link. Thanks a million.
How did you run the wiring to the fuse box? Where in the fire wall is the opening to run the wiring?

You would have to contact the person who wrote that thread, as it was not me. I already have a LTZ.

go to gen5dyi they have kit to add LED lights.
I ordered harness and got lights from dealer and they installed them on my impala.
SO now I have LTZ look.
Only option missing in push start with Nav, but to tell you the truth glad I didn't get Nav as updated onstar subscription offers so many great features don't miss not having GM NAV.
