Default 2007 LTZ - No heat when stopped

Wife turned the heat up today cause it's starting to get a little cold out. She said there wasn't any heat coming out so I hopped in and tested it out. Drove around for about 10 minutes there was zero heat. The car was at normal temp and outside temp was 60 degrees. Then, while driving down the road, it started blowing out heat but when I would come to a stop at a stoplight it would start blowing cold air again.

Suggestions?

Heating element (core?) might be bad?

Thanks but you're too late. It was a leaking water pump. Already had it fixed.
