I am over the ac control issue because i understand that it is probably from oils or cleaners but the dash and door handles i feel GM should do something about. The handles cut my daughters finger and fathers as well. I am a firm believer in dealing with things in a civil manner and trying to work with people in a respectful manner, but I have the hospital records for my family that was hurt due to the sharp door handles and am prepared to build a legal case with GM only because of the terrible service and attitude i have been presented with the management of area. I also have many services that i need to pay for but at this point am contemplating not taking it to chevy and try the local mechanics because i don't feel they deserve my business.
