2007 tahoe ltz dash has cracked????????

Hey Louis I appreciate your help in advanced. I feel very upset about how the district rep treated me in this request. He was very rude and not willing to hear my concerns. When he finally did return my call i began to explain what is happened when he rudely interrupted saying" than answere is still no". VERY rude and unprofessional. The service manager was trying to help but said that its un to the district manager and is not very helpful. My service request number is 71-1036989545. I believe this is what you are asking from me. this is what the GM customer service rep gave me when I made the original claim. The three issues I have are the cracked dash, the peeling handles and the ac control that is peeling because of probably a bad paint that was used. I am over the ac control issue because i understand that it is probably from oils or cleaners but the dash and door handles i feel GM should do something about. The handles cut my daughters finger and fathers as well. I am a firm believer in dealing with things in a civil manner and trying to work with people in a respectful manner, but I have the hospital records for my family that was hurt due to the sharp door handles and am prepared to build a legal case with GM only because of the terrible service and attitude i have been presented with the management of area. I also have many services that i need to pay for but at this point am contemplating not taking it to chevy and try the local mechanics because i don't feel they deserve my business. Hey there bud.. you know suprisingly mine has not peeled yet, but my neighbors has so not sure why that is. Im just so annoyed with my cracked dash.. They need to understand what they are doing is not right a cracked dash on a 52000 truck .. thats just not right.

Monday afternoon and still have not heard from district specialist. She scheduled a call for Friday between 3-5, never happened. I have called and left her a message (Friday evening) still no response (Melissa ext. 12654). Please forward to appropriate individuals so this can be rectified.

Update on my issue. 07 Tahoe with 81000 miles, second owner. 3 cracks in the dash total, 2 around airbag. Louis took my info and put me in contact with David from GM, who was less than optimistic on the phone. David set up an appointment with service manager at Hall Chevrolet in Chesapeake Va. I took the truck in and spoke with the assistant service manager who told me it was up to what the manager said. Received a phone call the same day telling me they had ordered the new dash. Made appointment a week later and new dash was installed free of charge. HUGE THANK YOU TO LOUIS, DAVID AND HALL CHEVROLET. They have a customer for life!!

louis i think you are terrible representative just like all the local reps i have spoke to .. you pretend to help people but your company is pure garbage.. you guys pick and choose who to help with you junkie products.. i regret ever buying this piece of *&^% truck.. nothing but problems.. i am suing for the injuries my family has suffered for the door handles that are made from razor blades... I hate you GM.. next truck will be a japanese.. at least they don't require me to beg for warranty.. oh wait.. they don't need to go to the dealer every day maybe thats why hahahahah. horrible company.. horrible employees....
one last question.. How do you guys sleep at night, knowing you cut little girls fingers with cheap sharp components and then tell me to *%$& off when i ask for warrant.. heartless monsters..

how do i make a complaint. i checked their website.. didn't see compliant form or anything... any help would be appreciated.. I'm worried about this cheap airbag not deploying if it ever needs to since it cracked around it... please help i have children riding in this truck and now i feel its unsafe.. GM told me to go away.. and so did louis.. please help
