Happy to hear about the above post. However Chevy continues to pick and choose owners to help. Let it be known I am speaking of owners within the same perimeters. Chevy.... what a joke!

From what ive noticed if you go through Louis first most get a better result than if they went to the dealer first. Once something is in the computer from the dealer its tough for him to get corrected or reduced. Is this just me seeing this trend? Please correct me if im wrong.

All I asked is for the dash to be replaced (I already have all 4 exterior and interior handles broken or peeling and the armrest cracked). I spent over 90k in 2 new suburbans over 9 years and this is what I get!

I am an attorney and getting really annoyed by now. I have chosen to be polite and not threatening, but this is starting to get my attention!

Louis, please resolve case 71-1104319640

I understand your frustration; however, your case has been escalated to a District Specialist. They are scheduled to contact you again soon. I encourage you to continue working with them, as they are in the best position to assist you further.

Louis,
The district specialist (SF is his name) said he would do no more. I asked for a surpervisor to call me. I was supposed to hear from someone yesterday and never did.

They are covering half the cost fo the dash and NOT the handles, or the armrest.

If you can get someone of authority to call me, I would appreciate it.

Default New guy

Like many here, I found this thread and forum in a search on "Tahoe dashboard crack". Thanks for the great resource. I read all 59 pages yesterday and today, and I have high hopes of getting some resolution in making my Tahoe whole again.

Louis, you've got mail.

I wonder if there is a trend to the decisions. Such as region or 1st versus 2nd owner ect...
