Default A/C is really cold only at low fan speed

on my 2003 chevy suburban, I replaced the compressor, accumulator, and orifice tube. the A/C blows really cold air (measured to 40 degrees) when the blower speed is set to the lowest setting. The blower fan works at all speeds, as i have the "LED" bar graph to indicate when I increase or decrease the blower motor speed. the problem is when i increased the blower speed, (as measured via a thermometer) I noticed the temperature slowly rises. when i turn the blower speed down, the temperature in car again slowly drops down to the low 40 degree range.
what can i check to remedy this problem. the fact that the AC is really cold at a low setting indicate my AC compressor is ok?

I have included images of the low side of the ac, which does get very cold to touch on both sides of the LOW side connector. i took snapshots of my AC manifold tool gauges.

Most likely.

I want to know if the AC compressor clutch actually still engages when the blower fan is set all the higher speeds. This is a visual check.

You say low 40's on low, how warm does it blow on high?

When you recharged the system did you put the 134 by weight ? That is the proper way. It may be slightly undercharged. Low side looks a little low at under 30 and at higher rpm it can cycle on the the low pressure cutoff.

Default AC only cold at low blower speed.

The answer is “yes”. I can see the compressor clutch still spinning when the blower speed is set to it’s highest setting.

How's about when at the setting just below the high setting? Still the same no cooling effect?
