Flickering interior lights

my 04 imp lights flicker also but i also notice the headlights will sometimes dim for a split second when i use another item that draws some current like the brakes. think its due to poor grounds not letting the alternator keep up. but haven't really messed with it

could be
-charging system issue
if the flickering lights are all on the same circuit....I would investigate that circuit. if they are all power separately by the bcm...I would check to see if a tsb is present....maybe a programming update is available from the dealer.
