Default Need some advice please

Well, here goes... As you can see, the receipt says it all..
As far as the TPMS light, i doubt if its out. The pos sensor popped up after i rotated tires like twice. I never knew i was supposed to re-learn them. Just learned from reading a few peoples posts.. Ill try to do a relearn this weekend to see if it fixes. OTHERWISE, ill go on ebay or amazon and buy 1 myself and have Discount Tire put it in for me. Only question i have there is, Which one is it do i have? Ive seen zillions on ebay and confused as for which one goes on my vehicle.

Service Engine Light. About 40k miles ago, if that, i changed all 8 spark plugs, so i guess this weekend, Ill do the wires and grab some throttle body spray from auto zone.. Hopefully, this is safe!.
Next i plan on buying 1 can of BG44k and dropping it in a half tank of 'PLUS' fuel. (This is the only way i know of cleaning injectors)

After this, the vehicle has to relearn itself again, im guessing? Anyway, my question to the experienced, Am i on the right track or do you have some tips/tricks i may need to know about before i get my hands dirty this weekend.
Thanks..

without knowing the codes i'm not sure what track to tell you to take, the pic you attached I couldn't zoom in enough to read anything. Did you use a new gasket when you put the throttle body back on? If you didn't have the ignition on and it plugged in when you were messing with it you shouldn't have to reset it.

I have no svc engine light... Everything cleared .. Only thing happening is that my truck is idling high..and its intermittently idling high.. Sometimes while sitting it revs itself to 3500rpm... I do remember while cleaning the throttle body, i kinda budged the butterfly a little. I didnt mean to, but i guess since it happened, the sensor is off.So im guessing im going to have to reset the sensor for the throttle body!.and idk why the pics wont expland.

there code still be intermittent or stored codes that would help and doing a tps relearn wouldn't hurt anything but I have a feeling that might not fix it. Any bidirectional scantool should do the relearn

After you clean the throttle body, the computer doesn't know quite how to react to the now clean TB as its learned over time the dirty one.

You should be able to take it to the dealer and for a fee they can "re"learn it for you. Other than that, you can do it yourself for free, but it takes a few drive cycles. I'll see if I can find out how I did mine, I may have documented it on a different forum.

Do a search on high idling. I remember reading somewhere recently on this forum about it where over time and multiple times driving, the idling will correct itself.
