Default Temp Display On Rear View Mirror

While driving this morning I noticed that the rear view mirror display for the outside temperature would alternate between the temp (38 degrees) and ICE. I am not sure if ICE means the frozen stuff or is a code for something else. I live in Tempe, AZ and the truck was parked in the garage overnight. Anyone else have this happen or can anyone shed some light on this? TIA!

The Electrochromic mirror has an automatic ICE alert to warn driver of possible slippery road conditions, the alert will alternate from the temperature display for several minutes when the outside air temperature is 38F degrees or colder.

It might also mean that Immigration Control and Enforcement (ICE) is nearby. [sm=happybounce.gif]

We need one of those Smileys that stands for RTFM...Read the...Manual. It seems to apply a lot.

OOPS, found it
