I have a 2007 uplander and it has been quite trouble free.
Please tell us what you have had problems with on your van.

I had too have both front hub assemblies replaced, my rad blew last November followed by the ac compressor and cross over gaskets both going at the same time.....i have had to replace both rotors and pads aall around but thats just regular maintenance in my eyes....I have a hole bigger than my thumb rusted out just above the passenger side windshield....I figured buying newer would get away from old used car problems but I have had to replace more on this Uplander than any other older used vehicle I have had before....I still like it just disappointed in all the $ I have had to put into this vehicle especially with it only being 7 years old and less than 150,000k....

The low oil pressure message appeared on my dash again twice today but then goes out.If there was a problem would it not stay on instead of going off after a few seconds? I know its probably not good to drive it but being a single vehicle family and having three children busy children its hard to just park it I rally dont want anything else to happen to it cause I need this vehicle to give some more years of use cause I have invested so much into it.Just not having any luck with this vehicle and really dont know what to do. I'm having the hole above the windshield repaired next week but have to drive it to Trenton to get it done and hopefully the service technicians there can figure out the problem once the body work is done.....

Does the message appear while driving or while idling?

How long have you owned this van and how many miles on it when you bought it?
Where did the van come from? ... Peterborough area or somewhere up North?

Both front hubs were bad? That seems strange... I had my crossover gasket replaced under warranty, there is a TSB (technical service bulletin) on that fault.

The hole over your windshield is an untreated stone chip that was just allowed to rust away

The hole above the windshield seemed like it started from the inside and worked its way out...

There are only 2 things that would make the "low oil pressure" warning sound.
1) Truly the engine is experiencing low oil pressure
2) There is a faulty sensor/switch indicating low pressure when in truth the pressure is fine.

A tech has to find out whether it is #1 or #2...

Did you get a carfax on your vehicle to discover it's history?
