Radio wont turn off and dome light won't come on when driver's door opened

I drive a 2008 Isuzu I-290 pickup which is nearly identical to the Colorado. Having the same issue with the radio not turning off and the dome light not turning off when the driver door is opened.
Passenger side turns it off. I've checked the fuses and used a volt meter on the door jam switches. I even swapped the passenger side door jam switch to the driver side.
The volt meter shows 12 volts on the passenger side. It reads no power on the driver side door jam switch.

I took the door panel off just to verify there's no door latch switch. Ive looked at wiring diagrams the best I can.
