Default Rear wiper/washer stopped working

On my 2002 Venture short wheelbase. Fuse good. Any ideas where to start looking?

If you are thinking about replacing the motor then before replacing it, just make sure that motor is getting enough voltage. If there is no voltage at the circuit then it is broken somewhere.

If the fuse is good, then the next place to start is the switch and then the wiring.

As posted, you need a voltmeter or at least a test light. Locate the plug on the motor with wiper switch on, fues in, you should have battery voltage at the plug. If so, motor, if not, it is an open circuit.

Thanks for the replies.

Perhaps I should have remarked that I'm equipped and knowledgeable in troubleshooting. I'm trying to save myself the work of tracing the entire circuit out if this happened to be a common problem with a known solution.

Since both the washer and the wiper stopped working that seems like a pretty good clue. I rarely use either one of them and it was only by accident that I discovered the situation. With no schematic I'm groping in the dark.

My recommendation is to read post number four, then post what you have.

Default 2005 Venture windshield washer issue

Both washer motors were cracked and leaking, so I replaced them both. Now the rear motor comes on, but no fluid is coming out. The front motor does not even turn on, but the wipers all work.

Any suggestions?
